Voicing an autobot: an exercise in procedural repetition

I've been thinking a lot about repetition in rhetoric, and how it could be used in poetic text generators to lend cohesion to the basest of nonsense. As an experiment, I wrote a quick twitter search scraper to find the words mentioned in this prompt ("shucked", "voicing", "slant"), and then a quick procedure to combine fragments of the tweets I gathered into a somewhat poetic form, using repetition of the aforementioned words to hold the "poems" together. Here are some of the results; python source code after the jump.
